Fiesta ST

Air Intake

Using proven technology the air intake system has lower losses providing the increased amount of airflow needed to get the best from the Duratec engine.

Cold air is fed from two locations at the front of the car to ensure the best performance in all conditions.
The bespoke high performance K&N air filter has a longer life than the standard air intake system and includes branded silcone hoses.

Exhaust

Manufactured from high quality stainless steel. The unique exhaust provides lower back pressure allowing the engine to breath more freely and release it’s potential. The manifold is a tubular 4 into 1 design.

A low back pressure catalyst is integrated into the system ensuring that the vehicle meets UK emission requirements. The tailpipe trim subtly hints at the performance improvements on board.

Engine calibration

Developed by Roush and Mountune experts in conjunction with Ford the engine management system has been optimised for the 165 and 185 PS power outputs.

Focus ST

Intercooler

With a dramatic increase in frontal area and core thickness the Mountune Performance intercooler has enhanced efficiency over the standard ST part. The intercooler from ProAlloy is made in all alloy with internal core finning, providing optimal heat exchange providing a lower pressure loss with maximised cooling to minimise turbo lag. This maintains consistently lower air charge temperatures which, when combined with the Mountune Performance Calibration and air filter, maintains engine performance at higher levels. The part is finished in black to maintain a subtle appearance.

Air Filter element 

The Mountune Performance upgrade uses a K&N air filter which is thinner than the standard ST part producing lower pressure loss with increased flow efficiency.
